Arrived 12:55 as booked at 1pm told to come back in 10 mins which we did. Order taken and food delivered quite quickly but waiter didn’t return to ask if everything was fine with our meals. Had to ask for a spoon to eat the Carbonara and for salt & pepper but no Parmesan was offered. The only waiter chatted to someone for the next 30/40 minutes so we ate and worked out our own bill and left. Food was average 40 euro for a pizza & pasta & 1litre water - it felt lacking in spices being a bit tasteless. There was no interest in customer service at all so we left and won’t be back.
